These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. The site is operated by Eversline LLC (“Eversline”, “we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because they are made from natural timber, grain, colour and figure vary between pieces, and photographs are indicative rather than exact. Dimensions are given with normal manufacturing tolerances.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice, though changes never affect an order already placed. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processors. If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a payment fails, or we suspect fraud — and will refund anything already charged.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. See Shipping & Returns for detail.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing there limits statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law.

7. Care and use

Our products are for normal domestic and office use. Damage caused by misuse, prolonged water exposure, unsuitable cleaning products or attempted refinishing is not covered. Guidance is in the Wood Care Guide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, designs, logos and layout — belongs to Eversline or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping, no interference with its operation, and no unlawful, abusive or infringing submissions.

10. User submissions

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is yours to share and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and reuse it in connection with our business. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

11. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruption, extreme weather and government action.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive consumers of protections available under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
